I received a replacement Power Plant Premier this past January (January 30, 2016 to be exact) and all has been well until today. I walked into my music room and turned on my Premier and then noticed that i was unable to turn on any equipment plugged into outlets #7, #8, #9 and #10 on the back of the unit (the outlets on the back outlined in green and blue). Is there some trick that I need to know to get these things working again or do I need to send the unit back to you again? All other outlets seem to work ok. This is ZPP-PREM-US SN: PPP-BO-7K150.
Sounds like either there’s a setup problem (unlikely) or one of the relays is not working - in which case it would need to come home.
