Is everyone having problems with this dac or is it only some people? I am afraid for problems to invest in this dac. I am wanting it to function properly as it would be my next major investment if it worked without all of the problems I am reading about.

In Qobuz I could not find PMG512 either. Once it shows up, and if it shows up, I will check Qobuz to see if it will find the streamer.

Take a look at this thread about firmware and what worked for some. I’d recommend factory reset after firmware update like jaycee did. Hope it works for you.
