Ps Audio SACD Transport to Holo Audio May KTE Dac via HDMI (i2S)

Anyone with the above gear please help.

JUST installed my NEW May KTE Dac and connected to my Ps SACD Transport vis A.Q. Dragon HDMI.

What setting do you use on the May Dac to sync up with th Ps SACD Transport ?

ALT2 is what I use between the PST the Holo.

I just got my May DAC on Monday as well. I use ALT2.

ALT 2 worked like a charm and first listen was amazing right out of the box !
I looked at Kitsune site and see nothing regarding break-in time (hours) for the May KTE.
Do you have any idea how long until its fully broken in ?

Tim says 4-500 hours but I didn’t find the changes to be that dramatic after about 100 hours. It appears that the same is going to be true of the Spring 3 KTE I received yesterday afternoon. I’ve got an old OPPO DVD player from around 2005 that I keep around just for break-in duties. I just put it on repeat and let it go in another room for 10-14 days.

My May DAC took far less than 400 hours to settle into peak performance. More like 50-100 hours.
I assume the PS Audio Air Lens would work well with the same I2S connection and settings at the May as the Transport. Anybody here have experience with the coupling of May DAC and PS Audio Air Lens via I2S?
