You used the Audiophile equivalent of an F Bomb…LOL (same amount of letters). As the PS Audio Bose Poster child, I take offense to your comments and feel the need to go to my safe space (Bose FB pages). But seriously, the Bose/Sony comparison is valid. Sony has excelled in many things past and present but don’t have the Audiophile appeal that they once did. To me, the only Bose Speakers are the Series 1 & 2 901’s with a fully rebuilt and upgraded matching EQ. Everything else they made including the Series 3 thru 6 are clearly fine examples of “Boom Tizzle” sound. Crap and overpriced but good enough for the “90%” of the mp3 challenged out there.
