I suspect that if that is a work computer the companies IT department has set up the Firewall with limits on outside access for certain types of sites and activity.

Ultimately, the solution would be a Roon ROCK install on an inexpensive Intel NUC.

was thinking of buying an HP Stream laptop for the purpose, they seem pretty cheap
