I have the PS stellar 300 Amplifier. Like many or most amplifiers it has outputs for four speakers. I’m just curious, is that used for bi amplification or would you hook up two sets of speakers for some reason?

I believe those are for bi-wiring or to make it easier to connect subwoofers.
Like many of PSA amps, M1200 has two pairs of binding posts too, and I used two pairs of speaker cables on FR30 since there are two pairs of binding posts on each speakers.
I have just enough electrical experience to be dangerous, but I think the question of using the binding posts to run a second set of speakers might depend on the speakers.
The posts aren’t intended to run a second set of speakers but would it matter if they presented an acceptable load to the amp? Speakers in parallel would halve the impedance. Any amp will run 4 ohm speakers with reasonable excursions. So would a pair of well behaved 8 ohm nominal speakers be okay? I’m not gonna try it but you can let us know how it works out. 
Make certain you have a set of spare fuses, 
I’ll just chime in here to say that running a second set of passive speakers in parallel with the first is probably not going to hurt your amplifier (or speakers) unless you are driving it really hard but it’s not the best idea. The speakers are going to fight one another, and it will not only load the amplifier more but also make the load more complex for the amplifier to handle. The most noticeable thing is that one pair of speakers might be louder than the other pair and you will have no way to control it.
While not the same amps, I have BHK 300 Monos, I run Magnepan 1.7 off one set and a pair of Magnepan DWM bass panels off the second set of outputs at the same time and have not run into any issues. I did ask some people before I tried this and was told it was fine.
I could be wrong, but I think this feature is intended for bi-wiring. You could have one set of speaker cables going to the tweeter that is better suited for highs and a different set going to the woofers that is more suited to low frequencies.
This is my conclusion as well.

Actually what I am considering doing is getting a second pair of less expensive speakers I have a good pair of paradigms set up now they’re my you know reference speaker if you will
but I thought about getting another pair of bookshelf speakers just for something different to listen to here and there I’m looking at some triangles the BRO4 They’re getting a lot of good reviews. But there’s tons of options in the under 500 bookshelf market. I may use them to set up a second system in my bedroom but anyway I appreciate all the responses to anyone reading this
That is what’s mentioned in the M700 manual, but in his video’s Paul M. mentions subwoofers too.
The F12 subwoofers have a “speaker level input 5-way binding posts” specifically for that purpose. Also “speaker level input 4-pin XLR” connectors for use with PMG amplifiers. And I believe that is actually Paul’s preferred way to connect them if not using the wireless method. The third way, of course, is from a second set of standard line-level outputs (RCA or XLR connectors).on the back of the preamp.
Some of the 8 ohm Paradigm speakers can go down to 3 ohms in impedance. Addling a second set of speakers will lower the impedance to 1.5 ohms on certain passages. Those extra speaker binding posts are meant for bi-wiring and/or for connecting to the high level inputs of a subwoofer.
Would suggest not trying this…

yeah i gather that the extra set of outputs is for biwiring. i would not run 2 sets of speakers simultaneously. however what i might do is add a set of bookshelf speakers to listen to as an alternative. just for the fun of it. i would unplug one set. i have banana clips on one end of my existing Analysis plus cables so not easy to swap out. so was gonna get another set up speaker cables and plug in the ‘alternate’ speakers. pull out from the amp the cables for the speakers I am not using. I may end of using speakers for a bedroom system eventually .
Glad to hear you not running both sets of speakers simultaneously.
Plugging and unplugging connectors to change speakers can cause wear and tear. Especially with banana connectors.
Am not sure whether a/b selector switch boxes will alter your audio quality. You will need a short run of speaker cable with these boxes to connect to your Stellar amplifier - hopefully with the same grade of Analysis One speaker cables you possess currently. This will avoid having to physically switch your connectors back and forth.
Have you considered purchasing a used Sprout 100 - and connecting it digitally to use with these other speakers? This will make it easy if you should desire to move these speakers into another room - and to control the volume from that room.
