Leean, I love your system. Just trying to make a joke about not seeing a real telephone in a long time.

That phone may be strange to all high tech guys now since rare people have it at home, but still helpful to old people that can not use smart phone. I don’t let my son use smart phone too soon, it’s not good for him and hard to control for me, what he need? just press the programmed button to reach help in any stituations.

Honestly, most of Tel Co now does not provide the telephone with cable services, i have to build my old IP_ PBX with some sip trunks from Twillio to serveral contries to have landline servies

It’s almost New Year. This year is the year of the Ox, Chinese lunar year. I’m celebrating this lunar year by going mainly digital. I’ve got my digital to sound so good, I’m afraid to listen to my vinyl to find it may sound a bit dull. Maybe next year I will go back to vinyl and work on my vinyl again.
The PS Audio pieces mixes quite well with the Esoteric. They have basically the same sonic signature. Very revealing, easy on the ear and extremely powerful and dynamic with gobs of air. Sounds not bad.

You reminded me to over nights in strip shows  in bay area for nearly 10s years ago when i was living and working in the State (Santa Clara - CA), working for Nortel Network, unfortunately the company went bankcrupt and sold aparts in 2009, we all get laid off, and get back to counttry when the working VISA expired.

Congratulation!

You mean those strip show on Broadway? It’s still going on but pandemic put a damper on it. A lot of small business is going under. Unfortunate.

Hey, thank you.

Yep, 50 bucks for private show, ten bucks for bath show with no touch as i remembered, not sure that price still the same as of now
BTW love the Loomba Street and botanical garden

How long have you had those Infinity speakers?
How do they sound?

Sounds exciting. I don’t know. It’ in my back yard but I actually never went inside to drink. Only a few times I went inside to look for I know a couple of friends that were strippers working there. That was some time ago.

Those are actually originals I bought back like maybe 1989. I don’t quite remember exactly, but only the drivers and cabinets are still original. The bass driver are refoamed and wires, cross over and filling are replaced with the best parts I could find. These don’t sound anything like the originals. I do have another pair in another room that are originals. But this modified pair is so revealing that everything new I tried it with just made it sounded better and better. I’ll probably replace it someday, but right now I’m still enjoying it too much.

Even though I have newer speakers, I still have the Infinity Modulus, for over 30 years, and will never get rid of them. Had the subwoofer refoamed 2 years ago, but the small woofer and the emit k seem to be in perfect condition.

I still find those tweeters and other driver used but in excellent condition on EBay. I did get a bunch of spares but I refoam the bass drivers myself.

I usually place orders for gear from China a few days before Chinese New Year. I placed my orders two days ago. LOL.

Ah, the city by the Bay. I studied and lived 10 years in the Bay Area, and my wife is from SF.
