Bruno Putzeys is a force to be reckoned with. I’ll still contend that the Belgians used to make the best beer and now the US can make that claim IMHO.

I had an amp delivered in a flight case as standard, can’t say the sound benefitted. Love the Jay’s and the XP-12. Have fun with the Mola Mola. How does it stack up the the Rega Planar 10?

I love playing the game of ratcheting up my digital and then analog rigs. The RP10 in “skeleton mode” with Aphelion2 cart and Rega Aura phono pre is certainly no slouch. The digital front end is so great I might “need” to look at that Rega Naia TT now!

BTW, it surprises me highly in a very positive manner to see so much novel French beers this year. And they taste as good as good French wines too (although totally different, of course)!

I don’t know why but it seems that sometimes Focals can be polarizing where some love and some hate them. I love them and have upgraded my Kanta 2 to Sopra 2.

What were the sonic differences between them…

I don’t feel with less than 24 hours on them I can give you the most accurate review but I can tell you that I immediately heard a tighter center focus and a much deeper and wider soundstage. I paired the Kantas with a REL S510 and am trying the Sopras without it to see if I can close the gap and initially without moving or adjusting the settings the sub does not add as much to the presentation as it did with the Kantas but that just might mean I need to turn it up a bit to match the larger drivers.
