My touchscreen has stopped responding and I’m not sure when it started. Powering on and off doesn’t help. Any ideas?

Try a hard reboot. Use the rocker switch in the back of the PWD or unplug it for 30 seconds or so.
Try reloading the firmware. If that does not help it is probably a hardware issue.

Only the Bridge firmware can be upgraded from the touch screen. Dennis is talking about the PWD firmware. Assuming you have a Mark II, go here for the updates and instructions: http://www.psaudio.com/support/perfectwave-firmware-update/
