I have a mobile phone.
My son’s - girlfriend’s - father makes up for my lack of a timepiece with a collection of several hundred vintage Heuer watches.
Like me, he only has two wrists.

Only at home!
This is probably not considered high-end but it has a cool back story. I do own a Rolex Submariner and Cartier Roadster as well. These REC watches are made from recovered metal. They have several car series. This is from their 901 series which are made with metal from Porsches. Mine was a 1976 911. They put the VIN on the side of the watch and include a history of the car.
The back is meant to look like Fuchs wheels.
Pics please!
I used to love Heuer watches before the company got absorbed into marketing organizations. I’m also a sucker for Gulf racing colours. I just bought this as a lark.

Blue Swatch is vintage, i.e. bought it so long ago can’t remember.
H Stern is my volcano watch. Bought in Tel Aviv airport after receiving confirmation that my insurer was paying for a week in the Hilton thanks to a volcano stopping all flights. Just fancied spending a little money.
Seiko - a random purchase when I thought I ought to own a watch.
Swatch (white) - airport purchase when realising in Namibia you can’t count on your phone working.
Not worn any of these for a few years, or anything else, think the white one will get a new battery as off to no-phone-land soon.
That is insane!
I bought this watch when I was at Merrill Lynch and was about to move my book to Grand Cayman. It shows the times the various markets around the world are open. I don’t have a photo of mine as it’s back home but this is one from a seller. Was a very cool piece and popular at the time amongst a certain group of folks in the business of running OPM. I guess I should note it’s a Girard Perregaux WW.TC Financial
Very cool.
Armourlite was the first watch I bought when I started getting into watches. I still love mine, they make nice stuff!!
I think you may like the watch Jacob producer Michael videos:
I now have a watch. Saw it 9 years ago. Finally got around to buying it. Went to the watchmaker’s shop this morning, he was away teaching yesterday at the Art and Design University my mother-in-law studied at many years ago. Good that these skills get passed down.
Very nice.
