When you go to the PSAudio web site you are met with a video play arrow. First, it is not very inviting or informative. It is not clear what you will be viewing if you choose to click on the arrow. Would it be better to have pictures with links to the main product categories and/or pictures and links to products on sale or something else instead of just a video play button in the middle of the page. This could of course include a major “Come and see” section for the new PMG Signature products. It’s not that I don’t still go to the site and enjoy its contents. Also I am usually using my IPad to view the site. Maybe it plays better on other devices. Are there plans to make the landing page more intuitive and substantive? Go back to the way it was? Just wondering…
Using an iPad in landscape mode, I see what you do: the arrow and nothing else. If I scroll down, then there is other information. But no scroll bar is originally visible so it’s not obvious that one should scroll. Furthermore, clicking on the arrow produces no results. This page should probably be reworked.
I’m usually on an iPad 12.9-inch Pro now running iPadOS 26. When I load the main PSA page, the site looks broken with the menu across the top and just the play button as a focus point. I can see how someone might think they’re closed and out of business. When I scroll down, I see a lively site.
On my Android phone the page loads and briefly displays a play button. It autoplays, slowly scanning a PMG unit. It is gentle, relaxed. From there the page presents various options.
Looks like a Mac or iPad issue, since three of the five people who reported issues are using Apple devices, while an android phone works for Elk. @jsprouth and @SPOOKY.MANFREDDY , could you tell us what platform you are on?
@magistar Yea seems to be a ios thing lol. Im using a galaxy tab A9… when I go to the page I get full play of the video on the PMG series, if I scroll down i have a menu choice…
On iPad it seems as though the issue is not happening now. Now I see the product promotions that can be advanced by swiping, Under that are links to the major product categories. Looks like the way it used to look. Perhaps the video was just removed.
