Before Bed and off to work in the Morning. A travesty of the Loudness Wars circa 2004. A great cover album but the DSD Sr. Can only do so much. But when I crank the volume, my ears don’t bleed like they used to when I played it. Sometimes, I have to play my “reference” tracks just to ensure that’s it the source material that’s the problem, not the equipment that it’s being played through.
Why can’t I just sit back and relax and forget about the equipment ? Oh yeah…Audiophileitis

Thanks, Chris. All fine up North. I have only been absent for one week - that’s when family arrived. During these testing times my daughter, son in-law and their two children relocated from London back up here and I’ve been busy spending time with them…
