Your Next Upgrade? (Part 1)

Hmmm, I think that I should remain being an Apple fan-boi. :innocent:

IT’s Canadian dollars so a discount for American buyers. Angie’s store is 10 minutes from my house. She once lamented that I was one of her best customers until I had children.

I looked into the all advertised MESH system and had to draw the same conclusion. No MESH, ie. no WiFi extension by WiFi. I bought 2 extra second hand access points, same as the other 10 year old WiFi access points. The system gives me 100 Mbit/s download and upload speed to the internet. Through the entire home. More than enough to have all occupants of the house stream YouTube on their mobile phones. While nobody pays any attention to the 4k TV streamed over that same network.

This however is easy talk if you have Ethernet through the entire house an can place the access points where you like. If you don’t have that, even Netgears most expensive MESH system is cheaper than having your walls torn open for installing Ethernet to every level in the house.

I live near a hifi store, I am pretty sure they are going to put up a reserved spot in the parking lot for me.

If I had the money right now with no objections from my wife I would have already bought that system. The 725S2’s are pretty much end game amps.

Even though Gryphon sent their very best power cables (they make fine cables as well) I just replaced the power cables to the Apex with brand new Stealth Audio Dream 20-20 Kyomi Edition power cables. 2.5m long each. $720,000,000,000.97 each.

I hope they sound good.

With Tuners! (That I will ignore)

You do know for them to work you have to plug them in?

That cord needs a bed frame support just to stay connected!

They look like they could have originated from Alligator Alley in the Florida Everglades.

You better not let Connie snack on those.

Those cords are surprisingly light. If they are anything like the prior models, they weigh far less then dragons.

It must be the helium that makes them feather light.

With 220individually insulated conductors at net 0AWG?

I don’t understand why that brand hasn’t still provided you personalized versions!

I think you have to pretend that each cable shipped to you MUST show on each plug:

“ASB - Al Signature Bunny edition”

Minimum.

Never thought to buy directly the company, not their products?

Anyhow, congrats, enjoy your new snakes and let us dream, as usual.

I know, they look beefy but light. I have a Stealth Dream V10 that I’m using for BHK pre. I prefer Dragon but I have not tried higher-end Stealth like V16, or V18. Dragon is more reasonable priced, if you compare it to Stealth.

It’s interdimensional. 3D is so 2020. You need to think 4D.

Sergei promised me when my Extremes come my speaker cables will be one offs. AA edition, one of a kind. Him and his son are like angels to me. Meeting and spending many, many hours with them at Axpona was a monster treat. Much like meeting Ted in person and chilling.

Thing is, they build the best cables. Today I am back to a full loom for the first time since I got the Gryphon Apex. It seems nice.

The Dragon will come my way one day. Not this day, but this year for certain. It is cost effective people chant. It’s hard not to listen. I’ll bring a couple Stealths to your house if you bring a couple Dragons to mine.

That seems nice! Thanks! Then I realized I could like Stealth top-dog better than mine. Now I am afraid! It’s a good thing that I don’t live too close to you

You know, at the top of the mountains the air is rarefied, it is hard to breathe. Safer to fly low.
