My new upgrades are on their way over! New EMIM XLM by Apogee Acoustics. I sent 4 of my spares over to have them fully rebuilt and updated with their new version of the diaphragm and other internal updates.
Now I have spare originals and spare XLMs! Guess I will call them IRS Beta +

Thanks Donald. Yeah I am itching to get back with this hobby. I find that staying awake after 9 PM my normal listening niche is impossible. As is watching a movie and I have had to swear off wine or other alcohol due to medication side effects. Staying working or physically busy except during treatments. The good thing is my system still sounds great on rare occasions i have spent with serious listening . Looking forward to a fresh restart. Once treatment side effects diminish.

My friend, the most important thing for you is getting rest and getting better. Thinking restart in rabbit hole is a good healing therapy 
Nowadays I dosed off often after 9pm, and I woke up in the middle of night often too (like now). I only listen to music before 7pm because my old ears need some rest. After moving P15 to the TV station, I watched programs more often. The other day I put in a better power cord in P15, and I was amazed to see richer color and hearing better sound too. I’m looking for a 77” to replace our 65” soon.
It’s a blast to be an audiophile because I never had this much fun before retirement. Tweaking is a big part of it too (other than dumping money into rabbit hole on upgrading).
