How to fix problems and make things work.

Hi Tom!

I bought a Ps Audio P15 through audiomarkt.de in June. Already in the first days, this device did such a thing that it didn’t work just as a traditional distributor, it didn’t write out any data, it didn’t draw a sine wave, I couldn’t see the incoming and outgoing measurements, because the table remained empty. However, when I did a factory reset, it was fine. Unfortunately, this has happened 5 times since then. Today, the electricity was turned off in my street, and when it was turned back on, the device became unusable. The outputs light up red, it does not respond to anything. The dealer is a foreign (CZECH) official Ps Audio distributor. I’ve already written to him, for now I’m waiting for his answer. I’m afraid he won’t do anything. Does anyone know what the problem could be?

I hope someone from PS Audio can give you some tips on what to try in order to hopefully address or fix the issue. I personally am very warry of purchasing used electronic items and have only done so once. So unless it is from a very reputable seller / dealer that I personally know well… I would not touch it.
