Any sagely advice would be grateful, please

I have a question. After having read a post, titled," Stellar Gain Cell DAC does not support DSD playback with Audirvana?" I went into the settings, as suggested, and changed them, it fixed it. But noticed it had 3 options,

  1. None; revert to PCM
  2. DSD Over PCM 1.0
  3. DSD Over PCM 1.1
    I selected the number 3 option, is that right?

That’s what I did as well and while sometimes the DVD is flashing on the SGCD screen it sounds fine, 1.0 also did same thing and sounded fine but for no other reason than 1.1 sounds more modern (not audibly but figuratively) I just leave it there
