Very useful discussion, I usually clean speaker drivers with a soft brush and microfiber cloth, and sometimes use a little speaker cleaner. But Telarc’s trick of removing dust by playing high dynamic records is completely new I’ll definitely try it out.

On speaker drivers, I use one of those manual bulb air puffer devices.
For blemishes on the speaker cabinets I use the device below with greatly mixed results.

Sometimes I clean it with a soft brush, and sometimes I don’t clean it at all.
