Anyone else having trouble contacting PSA today? I realize holidays are coming up but I had hoped to get in touch before then. I have called and left a message and emailed a couple of earlier contacts but no response.
I can hear the guys answering the phones right now and one team member is on vacation. We get our peak call volume on Monday mornings and so they are playing catch-up.

Thanks for the reply, I thought that might be it.
I just finished talking to Caleb and he will be talking to you later today, it’s an odd FR30 issue (not the earlier “fit” problem.
I left a message last Thursday in the morning, and have yet to hear back from them as of today. The inquiry was to speak further about ordering a 512 Dac.
I’ll chat with him and help however I can!
