I have owned a PS Audio Powerplant P15 for a year, and I still have 4 years of warranty remaining, in this year I have only had problems… sent for assistance 4 times and I live 1000 km from the PS Audio assistance point in my country and currently I am waiting for a repair for more than two months I am without the device I have written many to PS Audio (parent company) and several times I have not received a response for a long time so much so that they say they are always available but when the problem is difficult they do not solve anything and do not respond to you anymore and therefore I must say that I am bitter and disappointed by this brand that they boast of being so professional. I live in Italy, I wrote to you several times even months ago… when I turn on the PS and the sockets turn on with the timer one by one before turning on and working correctly it trips and goes into protection if it is on once it turns on it stays and does its job… then already three times it trips and does not turn on anymore and sent it to assistance three times already and now it has been there for two months in assistance I am really disappointed by all this
That sounds like whatever it is trying to power up is tripping the internal circuit protection and there’s probably nothing wrong with the unit itself (this is a guess). Did you say you do not have the unit to test?
No, it’s not here, it’s been in triode assistance in Bari, Italy for two months and they’re already waiting for a replacement from you, they say.
