That is a completely different but similar issue. Typically a network error or a write error to the SD card during cover art download can causes this.

Thanks again Dennis. I’m not all that clued up on the DS firmware updates. I have 6115 at the moment. I assume when there is a newer one with a larger number this will have the fix? Is that correct?
Yes there will. It will probably be Version 1.1.7 and probably 6115 FPGA code.

I just received my new DS and it sounds fantastic!! I have been using it with my PWT and the Bridge using JRiver. Seems to operate fine but I also have the problem with input naming noted in this string. I name using the process in the manual and it appears with the intended name after saving. However, when in playback the name is a combination of the fragments of the default name and the new name. If I go back to rename it looks correct. Problem is only as displayed during operation of the input. Also I can not return to the default names using the return to default key. It does not appear to work.
FYI…I have the SD card from my PWDMKII inserted. Don’t know if this has anything to do with the problem and I have rebooted without the SD card with no change input naming problem.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Forgot to add…I am using FW 1.1.7 and Bridge 2.1.5. Note that when I go to the screen with info it displays the Bridge as 0.2.1

Please Please when is the fix coming? With the PWD a problem with the bridge was extremely rare. Now the bridge can malfunction more than once daily. It is a total nuisance as I almost all ways use a networked NAS and bridge.
We released it last week. I should be on the downloads page.

The Download page has firmware for the Bridge 2.15 and the two for the DS. Which has the fix? I have not seen an announcement of the fix release. What did I miss?
It looks like Paul did not post it or announce it. It was released by engineering last week. I do not have access to post it on downloads, so we will have to wait for Paul to get back and handle it.
