Hi, DSD has gone into freeze mode. Turning on the unit (power switch back panel) the unit initialises and the screen comes on. Nothing responds then including the front power button.
Emailed PS a few days ago, no reply yet.
Have you tried loading a previous firmware?
Tried updating Windom … no joy
You might try unplugging the power cord and let it fully discharge for a few minuets
Done that too. DSD is powered through a P20 which is always powered off when not in use.
If you have any non PS Audio I2I devices, unplug them then power off for a little while, power on and see if things are better.

Just an ethernet cable for router, and it’s unplugged
