Sorry, that was last week. As I said, I put a call in last week, as well. You know I can read your response, too? Trying to get an answer. If your speakers made the noise I get from the Bridge 2, you might be anxious for a response as well.
Thanks, jamesh, I appreciate your response. Ninety five percent of my listening is through the bridge 2, the rest is through my DMP. I’m lucky my problems are small, life is good.
No problem, I totally understand. It is darn annoying but a fix is coming. Life is good however, it’s not OK we have snow in the forecast this week
It’s almost June…
This has been an issue for a very long time, along with the DSD ticks. As outlined earlier in the thread, the quickest fix is to revert back to a previous Bridge II version while greater fix is worked out. The hang up in part is to do with the Korean manufacturers of the Bridge.
But I totally understand, its a worthy expectation that you be responded to, even if its not with the best news.
Your response was Friday afternoon so what do you realistically think was fixed or accomplished over the weekend when the company responsible for the fix is in Korea? Don’t you have a G2 coming today?
When I made the call, I was told, I’ll call you right back, so, yes! At least a call back! Damn.
Just got the G2 rolling. Sounds excellent, thanks.
Congrats on the G2, the sound quality on Auralic streamers is excellent. I think their Lightning DS software is the best of the streamer companies software packages and now includes many features the others don’t including their own version of MQA independent of the DAC.
I’m running my G2 on Roon. Sounds pretty incredible.
I switched the streamer setting, on the Aries G2, from smooth, to, precise, today. Paired with the DSD it is mind blowing. Best audio source I’ve had in my home.
