We have a great PF tribute band local to SW Virginia called the Dark Side Experience. Always enjoy seeing them.
When they come back to the States, they will play close enough to me so I can catch a show.

Some enforce their copyright to the performance. More importantly, at least to me as an attendee to concerts, dance, etc., it is a distraction and annoying when someone else is taking photos.

It is still part of the performance and the performing organization owns the rights to it. Consider how many times a curtain call is on a poster advertising an event.
The organizations with which I perform or record are adamant: phones stay off and in your pocket. I appreciate this a great deal, both as a performer and as a concert goer.
I saw the Allman Betts concert last night June 25th in Bristol TN, Berry Oakley Jr also with the band playing bass. Awesome concert!
Wow, very cool, and a great looking venue, too. The one time I saw King Crimson, which was August 2, 1982 in NYC, they were strictly enforcing the policy against audio recording and photography. Robert Fripp is an amazing musician, but I think he is way too uptight when it comes to things like this. Good to see on the right-hand side of your third picture that Fripp is having a little fun by taking a picture of the audience while everyone takes pictures of the band:

How were the acoustics at Fidler’s Green? Last concert I heard there was Santana, which was quite some time ago, and the acoustics were terrible. On the other hand, best concert and acoustics ever was with the Talking Heads at Red Rocks.
Decent-ish for that sort of venue. Beautiful day, which helps🤠
