What was the original firmware, and bridge version of the MK1, or what was the best version for it, and where can I get it? I have the MK1, and I don’t want to spend the $1000 price tag to get the upgrade kit and I’m just not happy with all the versions made for the MK2. Help!
Did you not keep the version that came with your PWD?
2.0.0 is the first which supported the MKII. I believe the last version before this was 1.9.4.
Someone may be able to post it for you, or any other version pre 2.0.0.
No…unfortunately I upgraded to 2.4.3 on the card that came with my PWD, IMO the bottom end sounds “boxy” with 2.4.3, at least on my system. Elk, If I can’t find the firmware, which do you like better for hi fidelety (I don’t know what kind of system you have, but mine is Hi-End) 2.20, 2.0.2 or 2.40?
I like 2.4.0 the best.
