I can’t seem to get it out of Factory Reset mode.
Turning the preamp off and holding the logo button prior to turning the preamp back on has not worked for me. Thoughts?

Sure. There are several threads about this where some people were able to resolve the issue. I was not and had to send it back for a replacement.
To summerize, when you turn on the preamp it gets stuck on Factory Reset mode. The fix for some was to turn off the preamp and pull the plug and wait about a minute. Then plug it back in and depress the standby button and then turn it on. It will come back on and you will see the Factory Reset status in the view window. Wait 15 seconds and then let it go. The preamp should cycle through its steps and warm up the tubes and then the screen goes to the volume level of the first channel. Some people reported that this did not work until they plugged in their headphones and went through the process. Then that worked. None of the above worked for me and Calib had me go through a few other steps of field repair which did not work either.
