After years of successfully producing thd less than 0.2 it now is delivering 1.8 or more

Unfortunately it appears the regenerator component of the unit has failed.
My understanding is that there is a bit of software critical to proper functioning.
It’s a long shot, but you might try powering down the unit by turning the power switch off and unplugging it. I would let it sit unpowered and unplugged overnight and then fire it up and see if you get lucky.
I hope you get it sorted soon.

Luckily a restart got it going again…but minded that this might be the start of something worse !!
