I hope you manage to solve the problem. I’m just wondering what the root cause is, as my P10 is also having the same issue.
It’s silly to asking you to touch the 4d corners from the display - The same problem with my P10 now.

I live in Cal, USA.
My P10 (with the display issue) was already traded in for a P15 in 2022.
PS Audio provides excellent customer support.
If you need to ship back your P10 to PS Audio in order to have them fix it, I suggest you consider the trade-in program for a newer and better P15 or P20.

Wow.. you are a lucky guy.
Unfortunately, the trade in Prog is not available in the Asia region where I belong.
I will get a local service tech to check on this problem and hopefully it’s an easy fix.
It’s costly to send back any item to the US with the tariff tax these days.
