My P10 Shows Offline , does not show up in PowerPlay " Devices Not Found "
I guess it is registered ok? Shows up like the picture below when you go in to 1st screen under POWER PLAY?
I tried over and over to to enter the User ID and it says its wrong , I figured that might be the issue but it registered fine on their website
It’s a Unit ID #, not User ID #. Are you entering the correct number (testing my memory, but the Unit ID for P10 should be a 6 digit number)
Can you contact P10 from LAN side?
Has it worked before?
When you go to psaudio.com>MyPS>MyProducts is it showing in that list?
Sorry meant Unit ID , I just got the unit today and no I cant get into LAN Side
On the back of the P10 there are a couple of labels,
pone should say
P10 Power Plant
PPW-P10-USA (or what country you a Are in)
the last line above is from my unit
the unit ID I had to enter is 110193
your label will have different serial number but you should be able to work it out
