Registered my PP3 and can access internal webpage but PS Audio site shows it offline under conrol and Power Play says unit ID is invalid when I try to register it

Registered my PP3 and can access internal webpage but PS Audio site shows it offline under conrol and Power Play says unit ID is invalid when I try to register it. Any suggestions?

Do I need any specific ports opened or forwarded to it?

Is the IP light on the front panel solid blue?

Any chance you have a firewall preventing communication to our server?

Can you email me your unit ID? I’d like to see what is happening from the server end.

Solid blue light, no firewall. I do have a load balancer but I have that IP set to stay on one fixed WAN. I’m wondering if I need to forward any ports to the IP on my router? Unit ID is 130603
