Does this transport put out DSD via it’s I2S output?
Not sure but I think you’re looking for the Perfectwave SACD Transport (PST - old CD Transport was a PWT) or the Directstream Memory Player (DMP) to get that DSD output from a SACD on the i2s output. I may be wrong though…
If you are referring to the PWT, it will not play SACDs but it will process DoP files that have been burned onto a DVD. You can output these through i2s to your dac
