Does the PerfectWave SACD Transport correct Pre-emphasis or does that come from the DAC?
In the case of the Perfectwave SACD PST the transport handles the de emphasis. In the case of the original Perfectwave Transport PWT the flag is passed to the DAC and the DAC provides the de emphasis. If you are using the DSD you will see a flag when playing a disk requiring de emphasis on the PWT.
