Qobuz is working on one now.
I’d say it depends how good the power ext. supply is compared to the one inside of the Mk I.
If the external is better, I guess the box won’t be cheap enough that many would buy it, just as an interim solution for several months.
Was the trade in discount for a mk1 more if it had the bridge in it?
Or did psa just get a bunch of free bridge cards via the trade in just before they announced that those cards would now have value with a bridge box?
I’m sure they were part of the trade deal.

So Qobuz is working on something like Tidal Connect?
Communicated with James Herod about this, and he said no worries, they can pull the Bridge board from my DS SR when the Bridge Box becomes available, if I want one! So if anyone else did what I did 
, contact James for a fix!

Haven’t been able to keep up with the thread, has there been an update to the parts issue or still on hold?
No info about the month or year the parts are delayed to or if the Airlens will come at all in this form.

I’m starting to seriously wonder if this AirLens will ever be released. Perhaps PS is rethinking the need to release this unit.

I now have a black Lumin U2 on order. Having that optical input will be superb! I waited for the AL as long as I could…

You aren’t the first to suggest that. But I think just within last week Paul said Bridge Box would arrive in April and AL in June, although his release forecasts have never been accurate enough to put any stock in, with all due respect, but my point is he still says they are both coming eventually
I wish I had a clue myself. 2 years communication and it stops as soon as concrete (temporary?) problems arise.

That is a really good question, and I could be wrong but I think I saw it. Don’t have time to hunt for it. Somebody else will either remember and confirm or say that I am wrong about that June comment from Paul

Yeah I think at the same time Paul gave timeline for the box and AL… April and June sound about right to what he said.

@dchang05 will do. I also have an Ayre QX-5 Twenty on order, which will take about 3 weeks for assembly and shipping. I think I’d like to wait until I have both pieces in place to do any serous evaluations.
I wonder why then the box at all…
