PS Audio power plant P 15 one schuko outlet stopped working

Good morning from Athens Greece
Yesterday the third schuko outlet in the upper row next to the high current outlet in C zone stopped
working. Any thoughts how to solve the issue? Thanks in advance.
Kind regards

Good morning.

There is a chance someone here might have some insights to help you. But, if it were me, I would contact your dealer right away to get the service process started.

I would also reach out to sales@psaudio.com directly to see if they have any suggestions.

Good luck resolving your issue.

Thank you very much scotte1 for your advice, will do.

I know this is obvious, but have you tried cycling the power?

Hello gthiel
Sorry but i’m not a tech guy, what do you mean by cycling the power?
Thank you
Nikos

Your problem may be a loose connection to the buss bar that supplies power to the outlets. It definitely needs to be serviced.

I would also make sure you didn’t accidentally turn off the outlet with the remote.

In lieu of an @gthiel reply, I believe the suggestion is that you turn off the P15 (taking all necessary precautions with the kit plugged into it) and then unplug the P15 from the main power source.

Wait about 10 minutes or so (just a suggestion for a fair amount of time), then plug the P15 back into the main power source. Next (taking all necessary precautions with the kit plugged into it), turn the P15 back on and run it through its normal start up sequence.

Given the computerized nature of some this equipment’s bits and pieces, you might just get the appropriate “reboot”.

Good luck.

Hi Nikos,
Cycling the power means to turn off then turn on the power by the on/off switch. One could unplug the power cord and plug it back in. Waiting a few minutes between powering off and on. Hope this helps.

The third schuko outlet in the upper row next to the high current outlet in C zone stopped
working. I went the PS Audio power plant P 15 to a technician friend and found out that as he said that the jumper for the third schuko outlet in the upper row was triggered somehow and was set to the off position. Problem now fixed. Thank you all for your suggestions.
