I’m having the same problem. I already returned my Stellar Strata to PS audio and received it back a few months ago. Unfortunately the same problem is still occurring. Did you ever get the issue resolved?
Yes unfortunately I’m having the same problem even after receiving the stellar strata back from PS audio.
I decided that the Stellar strata was an immature product that had been released before all the bugs had been worked out of it and returned it for a refund. The sound did not really seem any better than my existing setup which was a Rogue Sphinx, and auralic aries streamer and a topping d50s dac. Hope this helps you.
