Hello, I would like your help as in the photo i tried to update the FM in PWD. HW, it does not read the SD card and shows the above message when it is at the system booting stage(with or without the SD card inserted) . Please let me know what is the issue here? Thanks for your support.
Make sure you are inserting card the right direction, with the gold pins up

Stupid stuff I have done
-didn’t unzip the file
-lock switch on SD card was on
-wrong size SD card, needs to be 2gb
