The fasteners on the MU2 bottom are ONE SPECIFIC SIZE hex. And they are easily damaged using the wrong size. That is the trickiest part. Otherwise, as long as you are aware that cables connect from the inside to the front face, and you open it carefully, it’s no big deal.
My Grimm runs all the time. The rest of my gear I turn on an hour minimum before listening. No tubes. It isn’t suffering to just turn the system on and listen. But fully warmed up is better.
