As a long time Maggie owner, the speakers are second to none IMHO especially given their price.
Something many new Maggie owners don’t realize is the room is the speaker box. Room treatment will in most situations improve sound quality by greater than half again. I’m my smaller sized room it doubled all the positive Hifi attributes while eliminating the negative.
Untreated rooms which maybe bright, placing the tweeters inside helps a lot. Likewise tweeters on the outside greatly grows the width of the soundstage presentation. I’m this configuration sound will image beyond the right/left sides of the speakers; given a good amp and DAC.
Maggie’s need to be sized to the room. I’ve seen too many people undersize their purchase saving money. Likewise some care is needed to not over purchase.
Last comment: If buying new strongly consider the lighter color fabrics. The default black looks like 2001 Space Odyssey obelisks which many women find objectionable.
