The rattle is just a few notes at the beginning.
I am having the technician/salesman who repaired my speakers 2 years ago come over this Thursday. As the rattle is not severe and does not rattle with any heavier bass I play through it I won’t worry. I will see what the technician says but I am not worried. I am getting good sound.
Accept for two or three notes at the beginning of the disc my system does the bass of this disc very well. I am listening loud and no rattle.
Wonder if there is a pinpoint glitch in CD
Just a thought, but maybe the addition of the new cables have reveled something in the song that you hadn’t heard before?
Or like Akro suggested maybe the cd is damaged and you dac is unable to process the info for a split second. Have you listened to this song on another format?
The additional 5 new upgraded power cables have given my system a much richer fuller yet more detailed sound. My system actually does that Bille Eilish disc justice doing the bass frequencies very well. I think everything rattles with the beginning of the disc but the sound throughout the disc is spectacular.
Ima try that song to see what the buzz is all about.
For all the buzz, there’s no buzz
Just to be certain, we are talking about her 2021 July 30 release called “Happier Than Ever” and the buzzing occurs at the beginning of the first track, titled “Getting Older”???
You said a lot of things but not the above which is why I ask.
I listened to the above track twice. No buzzing. And since I listened to it twice I believe I don’t have to listen to her again for 13 years. I hope so at least.
I am listening to Jerry Lee Lewis right now. My teeth are buzzing and my legs are wiggling something fierce! Help me Lord, help me!
That is correct. I have played a lot of bass heavy discs and don’t get any buzz or rattle. I only seem to get the rattle or buzz at the beginning of “Getting Older. I had issue with my headphones as well at the beginning of the disc. My 5 new Neotech NEP-3200 power cables have much improved my sound. I think the distortion could be my audio rack and components ringing but I am not sure. The fact that I can play the entire disc “Happier than ever” without issue except for the first few notes at the beginning of the disc shows me that my system is okay. It may be my audio gear or rack rattling or buzzing.
Are you flossing three times a day as all people should?
It could help?
You need to pre-rinse first. It’s all the rage.
Really?
Did you read that on the X?
Does everybody in the great NW have black hair, thick black glasses, black clothes and black boots? Or just the individualists?
LOL!

Reluctantly, later, when it’s dark…
Reminds me of the nihilists in the Cohen Brothers The Big Lebowski.
NW or NY or Berlin or…?
Sadly, I am gray now.
