Adds harmonics to AC? Why? Wouldn’t you want to eliminate AC harmonics?

I don’t really know Ron but whatever it does it does really well! There’s more to it than I care to explain. You can visit the website if you want…

I love seeing everyone’s systems! Here is my humble little set up.

Stellar Gain Cell DAC and a home built Ice power amp in an Adcom box that I was given. Klipsch KG 3.2 speakers with Crites tweeters and crossovers, Midwest woofers and treated cabinets. A Matrix Audio X-SPDIF3 with a LPS and a HSU Research ULS-15 MK2 sub. I also have a LPS on my router and modem per you guy’s suggestion :v:

What was your previous transport?

The Luxman D10x was my digital playback system… I bought the 300 with the dac module. I used the Luxman until last week to drive the dac. I sold the D10x and bought the Jays and just started using it yesterday.

i would be really interested to hear your thoughts/comparisons. (If you can do it now that the D10X is gone!)

Congratulations! The real risk, if you continue to frequent this forum, is that you will soon fill the empty space in your room with expensive audio equipment, be aware!

It’s right up there for the best bang for your buck with the MU2 and powezone! If you can find a Diablo 300 for under $12k there’s nothing close that can match its performance in that range.

The Luxman as a stand alone player is a wonderful component that really does live up to a high standard… It also did a great job as a separate transport and I really had no complaints. As far as the Jays, I cannot make a valid comparison because the burn in process is not even close to being near an end point. From what I understand it takes a least 400-500 hours minimum of run time to really understand what the Jays has to offer. Out of the box it does sound a bit more precise and imaging at times can be startling. I can hardly wait to really hear what full burn-in has to offer!

On a side note I cannot believe how much the Gryphon dac contributes to my overall musical enjoyment of what I am hearing over any past dac or cd player that I have owned or personally heard… Just unbelievably musical!!! Whatever special sauce Gryphon concocted in conjunction with the 300 is just pure magic! Big,bold and powerful with a refinement that makes me just want to sit and listen…and be washed over by the awesome musical presentation set before me! Well done Gryphon!

Here are a few pictures from the dealer Aura’s summer party, where some manufacturers were on site to get information from one source. The new Epos ES-28N are very convincing in terms of sound and price. The workmanship quality is also top.
The color mint is perhaps even more extraordinary than red.
