The new PS Audio website

As of this morning my email and password will not work on the website but the forum is fine.

You’ll need to create a “new” account. Most folks have indicated that they are just using the same credentials for the new account as they have for the forum (myself included).

Will it save all your purchases and registrations?

I did register on the main website using my existing email and it preserved my PSA registered purchases. As for the forums, I only asked the system to reset of my password.

Yes (sort of)… In my case, most of my registered items are showing up except for my DSD MK II. I’m assuming that will show up at some point. Others have posted a similar observation.

Most of my purchases show up but I’ve noticed that not all of my Octave SACD purchases show (that was the case even before the web design change). Also, most of my purchases show as “pending” even though they have been delivered.

Hopefully, these minor issues will be sorted out in the coming days/weeks.

much better psaudio.com, spiffy

But…going to Paul’s Post (or videos) uses different link depending on accessing from Forum or psaudio.com

Eg, from psaudio.com…Paul's Posts – PS Audio

From the Forum…Paul's Posts – PS Audio

Get two different results…the fix…webmaster update the link on Forum

Same kind of things for me.

Thanks for your patience. We were not able to continue the credit program going forward. So, anyone (like yourself) that has an existing credit can take advantage of that whenever you want through our sales department.

Not quick as slick as when you could just do it on the site, but it’s there and waiting for you.

Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience.

Wow, it really moves along, doesn’t it? Very snappy response time. Seems very worth the trouble to re-enlist.

Thanks for letting us know. Good to know its still there.

I will say I had 10 addresses in the system. Like it added one for each purchase I have done. I have cleaned that up

I just noticed that the “next” arrow on Copper articles appears now only at the top of the piece. At the bottom, when you finish reading, your only choice is “back to blog” which takes you back to the issue’s landing page. You can still scroll back to the top of the article and advance from there, so it’s just a minor inconvenience, but perhaps someone could look into it as they troubleshoot the new system.

And I’ve just found that the “next” button at the top of the article doesn’t always get you where you want to go. On the current issue, by the time you get through the third article, that button sends you in something of a loop from which you can’t proceed, unless you get back to the issue’s home page.

The next observation is that the ability to comment on Copper articles has disappeared.

All my product registration disappeared except the DSD.

Yikes. Give it a few days. We are still transferring data.

PowerPlay loads much faster and is more detailed.

I noticed, and this is before the website update, that only the purchases I made online show up in the order records. The purchases I made through emails/phone calls to a salewomen (not with PSA anymore) did not show up in the orders at all. I wonder if the sales department has my records there.

Hey there,
We do have record of everything you purchased over the phone in our systems. The website ordering and the POS system we have don’t link. We are always happy to pull up the records for you guys!

I think we’ve all called it POS in that sense of the phrase :joy:

My account lost the latest product registration changes I made after receiving my DSMK2. I’ll wait another day or two as Paul suggested. If they don’t return I’ll re-enter them…no biggie.
