Unable to log on into Paul’s daily videos to post reply

Although I am able to to log into the PS Audio forums, I am unable to post on Paul’s daily video as it says that my user name and password do not exist. This is most frustrating. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Paul,

I’m not sure which info that you want, but I somehow have 2 user names, which is my wife’s and my common e-mail & NordicBob .
I don’t remember how that e-mail ended up as a user name, but I prefer NordicBob as my user name. What other information do you need? Do you have access to my PS Audio password?

What’s interesting is that when I go to the PS Audio forums, I’m automatically logged in, but when I try to go elsewhere on the PS Audio, I am not logged in and when I try, PS Audio will not allow me to log in.

Thanks. I’m able to log in now and changed my password. My user name is correct, but when I check my passwords, PS Audio shows my user name as my e-mail. However, on the forums my user name is correct as NordicBob. Is that the standard for PS Audio to show one’s user name as one’s e-mail when checking their password list?

Your Name and Username are different fields. They can have the same value or be different, your choice.

Your Username is what people will see on the forum when you post. Your Name is optional and we do not display it. I have both my Username and Name set to Elk.

When you refer to checking your passwords I assume you mean in your browser or password manager. Your sign in name there will be whatever you chose as your PS Audio login. This could be your name, your email, another word or string - whatever you chose when you signed up.
