Updated menu chart for DSD Mk2

Here is an updated version of a chart for the menu settings for the DS DAC Mk2 that I prepared some time ago. I think I got all the updates, but if anyone spots an omission or error, please let me know. I had to use an iDrive link since I can’t upload PDFs to this forum.

Thanks for sharing that @Elk. Reading through it: I did not realize the Mk2 could recognize CDs with Pre-emphasis. I will have to try that sometime.
