So, I had lots of friends in High School who were in some form of Garage Bands that actually got local gigs. In Hamilton, Ontario, it was mandatory that all Guitar Slingers learned Freebird. I being a Keyboard Player, never joined any High School or post HIgh School Bands cause ya never hear the Synths/Organs/Sampled Piano’s. But the few times I would jam with my friends, I’d bring my Adcom Amp with me, a Homebrew 2 Way Speaker and crank that SOB past the dB level of the Guitarist and it would piss people off ! I had a little 12 Band EQ so as not to make anyone’s ear’s bleed…LOL !
