I have the SACD of this and the sound and soundstage are amazing. Not sure why it’s diminished on Qobuz.
Not my usual jazz music, but this is a workout for the ol’ hi-fi rig. Bass junkies will dig the deep end on this one.
Under rated, overlooked genius in my opinion. I had the pleasure of seeing him once at the auditorium theater in Chicago decades ago.
I have four cd versions and two LP versions of this title. I love this music. Today I am listening to the US cd mastered by Kevin Reeves released in 2007. Sounds very good with my current system set up.

Finally made it through the rehearsals and am listening to the first show of the new Dylan box set. Still not my favorite period of Dylan by ANY stretch. . . really low on my list. But it’s interesting to hear.

Back to some CD listening; DS 3.06 is excellent bringing out Mr. Taylor’s texture and fluidity guitar playing; the recording seems like was done with ATC mid-range equipped large monitors (3rd photo);
