Since Axpona, I’ve gotten some stuff, and borrowed some stuff. After listening to the new thing,
in and out of the system, I’ve found that the ultimate test is whether I can live without it.
Before you undergo the value analysis of whether the new pleasure is worth the price, the “must have” threshold has to be met.
So, does the new toy have “CBG”…”can’t go back”? It’s all downhill (or uphill, according to psychoanalysis) from there.
The MU2 qualifies, for sure, for me.
As well as the PowerZone.
While I’m at it, should also mention the FR20’s
No objection there. Trouble is, I like it all.
How about the fire hoses, do you keep them?
I only recently put them it. I cooked them for nearly 2 weeks. At the end of the day…
V16<V18<V17 Royale. I have the V16’s. No surprise. More there, there, with each model upgrade. What will I do?…
Oh well, I don’t have any so I cannot give any advice. Good luck with your decision.
I agree with you. My true test is what do I hear when I take the new thing out, put the old thing back?
I do this every once in a while with an amp and preamp. The magic disappears, and I realize again that spending money was a good idea, lol.
Selling the stuff that takes the magic away is even a better idea. Lol
On the latter has the model designation been confirmed? Is it V17? V19? or just Dream Royale?? We could just call it the “python”.
I see on the price list which I purposely left out the prices in the picture.
There is V19 and V17 Dream Royale. If these are V17 is the V19 even larger? Yikes!
Prices left out because for 2.5m I could by a very low mile C6 Corvette Z06 for the price of Dream Royale.
Get the Vette!
(Or the Mustang if you want to get in and out gracefully)
The cable has “V17 Dream Royale” written on the cable collar.
So there could be a bigger horse in the stable!
