Any REL owners using custom CU/Neutrik cables?

My replacement for the bunny eaten cable arrives tomorrow. Yesterday I bought 2 inch black PVC pipe to run the cable through. That might be enough to protect it. Time will tell.
But tomorrow I will have my unneeded subs back!!

There is that contingent of folks that swear that their speakers go so low they dont need subs.

Glad your subs are back and your cables and bunnies are protected. But be careful, they are a crafty bunch!

I do have a pair of N31s. I wish I had room for N32s.

Bet you didn’t do the “subwoofer crawl” with those!
:slightly_smiling_face:

What is the subwoofer crawl?

Moving them around the room I believe. We did the black box crawl.

No, I dropped them where I wanted them and that was that.

They look dark and gloomy tonight. Tomorrow they can light up again.

I highly recommend Synergistics’s REL Spec cables. I use the Atmosphere SX versions on the wireless transmitters that connect to my Carbon Special and Carbon Limited subs situated on the sides of my room, and I use a Reference REL Spec cable on my main REL Carbon Special in the front corner. Expensive for sure, but they were transformational in my system and room.

They easily and decisively bested the Kimber REL Cu cables I previously used (which clearly bested the eight mile long stock cables–even shortened versions). Now, having belittled them here, I have two 1.5 meter versions listed for sale for $120 each on USAM if anyone’s interested.
