Yes, he works, my Roon can find her
But I have not played
This makes me think that something went wrong during Bridge update. May be our friends at PS Audio have a solution to reset Bridge.
So? What do I do or how do I contact him?

Or if you bought from a dealer they could be in the list:

Thanks, I’ve sent the email, hope I can fix him
I bought him in Japan,But I’m in China now, so I may not be able to take it to a distributor
I wish I could fix him with something like firmware
I hope you can fix it. Did you purchase from this dealer:
Kanjitsu Denki Co, LTD
h_hori@kanjitsu.com
I would try contacting the dealer in China, why not?
Okay, I have already contacted the distributor
I really hope I can solve this problem
Have you tried shutting everything down back to and including the router and then bring them back one at a time from the router forward. Leave them all off for about ten minutes. Shut your control point down and re-boot it too at the end.
I have already done so,I am now waiting for the official and distributor to give me an answer
The distributor will be able to help you out. They will be able to get the parts from us that are needed to get it up and running again.
Happy Cake Day, @jamesh !
Yes, but she hasn’t answered me yet. I wish I could fix him.
But did you not repair the firmware?
What I’m guessing happened is the Bridge got locked up during the update. When this happens, it either needs a new Bridge module or the module in your DAC needs to be updated at the factory.
So, I can’t rely on updates or anything like that to fix him?
Do I have to return to the factory for repair?
Once it’s locked up, it won’t be able to connect to the network in order to fix/update itself. Your distributor will dictate the easiest way to get it fixed up.
Thanks, I wish I could fix him just by updating If I have to return to the factory to repair, I may have to give up Bridge That’s pretty disappointing.
I can only pray that the distributorship will give me a good solution now.
The dealer just got back to me, he said I need to send them for repair So it seems I have to give up Bridge This is really quite sad I may later buy aries g1 or U1 mini to match my ROON
However, I really like your auto input and sound Thank you for trying to solve my problem!
I shouldn’t be able to take it to the Chinese distributor, after all, I didn’t buy it from him, right?
If you don’t want to send the unit back to the foreign distributor and still want to stream inexpensively until you decide on a G1 or U1 Mini look at the just released iFi Zen stream as it can be used with Roon.
