Anyone having success enabling JPlay to find the MU2?

If you do a new install of JPlay on your iPad while the MU2 is already running and it isn’t found after trying search devices you may have to swipe off on the app and shut down both the control device and the Grimm. The reboot the Grimm and wait until it’s fully online and then restart the iPad and JPlay and see if it shows up. JPlay should see every UPnP device active on your network that is audio capable, even smart TVs.

Thanks for your reply. Doing that, JPlay now finds my TV and Apple TV, but still not the MU2.

Perhaps next step is to reach out to Grimm.

It would be better if you reach out to Jplay. With a large variety of software available that uses UPnP, Grimm is forced to take a hands off approach to solving such issues. The guy who writes Jplay recently spent a great deal of time working with Jplay and the MU2. Contact him first.
