Thanks guys, you are all so kind with me due to my embarrassing English!
@dchang05 relax, enjoy your vacation, won’t post anything about it until you get home! I promise.

Your English is just fine. You have the ability to convey what you are hearing in your system better than most.
Don’t let Luca’s modesty fool you. In person he is just as wonderfully expressive in the English language!
Thanks Tony, you’re just saying that because of the wine we drank together when we met in person!
That was a pleasant and delicious part of it, yes, but you and your son were both top shelf - just like the restaurant and the wine!
Your English is better then mine.
Thanks @flowcharts !
Since I am off-grid, I am stuck with the problems of a DC to AC inverter. DC offset from the batteries does seem to come with the territory. Thus my power chain is: AC output for the entire house to Isotek Syncro Uni to PS Audio P20 to PZ. System has never sounded so good!
Are you in Europe? Do you have the Isotek Syncro Uni 10A or 16A version?
Am in Wisconsin not far from the Mrs Hippy River. The Isotek DC blocker says 10A on the bottom. Frankly I was unaware of a 16A version. However, since I am off-grid I watch my usage like a miser. Speakers are Cube Audio Nenuphar full range with Enleum amp and Esoteric K-01XD: meaning my power need is nothing compared to you guys.
With over 450 hours on the PZ/Dragon combo I removed the P15 again.
First, this past week has been very enjoyable listening with the p15 in front of the PZ. Listened for hours at a time marveling at how it just kept pulling me in.
With the PZ plugged directly into the wall, the soundstage enveloped more of the room around me instead of just in front. There is still some mid/upper-mid graininess but greatly diminished from where it was a week ago.
At this point it feels like the P15 will be left out for a while. In fairness to the P15, it’s using an inferior PC so my comparison is not exactly apples to apples.
If you feel there is graininess, check what materials your plugs/ports are made of. In my experience, rhodium is good when all contacts are made of rhodium. As far as it was said that the power zone has gold-plated outputs, the plugs of the power cables should also be gold-plated. The transition from gold outputs to rhodium can result in this graininess. I like the sound of pure rhodium better. That’s why I chose the Furutech Vault, because I have a lot of cables with Rhodium NCF connectors. A mixture of different materials causes eddies in the transition and can lead to tonal influences.
I haven’t read anything negative about silver, it could be that silver behaves more neutrally and there are fewer problems with other materials.
Maybe a contact improver on the connections will help. I use Furutech nano liquid.
Greetings Andreas
It has been raining for 24 hours so we switched over to a trusty sometimes Honda generator. The power path is generator to Isotek Syncro Uni to P20 to PZ. The “voltage in” reading on the P20 reads 127 volts. Thus the need for the P20 is not a fantasy but a necessity.
Anyways, we are sitting listening and I thought I heard a tree branch knock against the house. A few minutes later I heard it again. I walked to the front door and there was a dark figure standing in the rain. Slowly I cracked open the door and turned the porch light on and squinted in disbelief: it was the spitting image of Harry Pearson. “Harry, please come on in”. He replied: “yeah, there is a rumour in heaven that you have found the absolute sound. I need a listen.”
After a couple of hours the tears were still streaming down his face. He whispered that it was time to go. I walked him out to his car and handed him a cold bottle of Bells beer. The last thing I saw was the right rear flasher as he turned onto the dirt main road. Then he was gone, disappeared in the unison of night.
I’ll have what he’s smoking…
We likee the PZ. Is there anything left to say?
Are you still using M700’s for your amplification?
Yes, the M700s have never sounded better.
I think the M700s benefited the most with having the P15 in front of the PZ.
Amplification upgrade coming soon, but enjoying what I’m hearing now (mostly).
Diablo 333?
Very likely - maybe later this month.
A fine goal!
