You still have your charms
Lol! Welcome back brodric.
Welcome back to your “throw the f***g money at the audio industry” thread!
I’m sure it will again get hard to bear for the ones and amusing for the others…hopefully preconditions on your and PSA side remain good so that you’ll be able to stay
Not just in audio land, I’m throwing more money at Royal Caribbean. Quantum of the Seas awaits. 5% chance of rain on Sunday, thank goodness for that. Been a bit warm around these parts lately.
Welcome back and Happy Holidays.
A few of these would be nice, who’s first in?
Hey, Brodric! Welcome back.
You must be joking! The only thing which stops me using brine-soaked string is the hassle in keeping it damp. There might be safety considerations as well
Welcome back!
Thanks. Royal Carribean said the same thing! Vietnam, and the buffet, awaits.
well done!
Hey Mark–What was the opinion of the orthopedist?
“Try not to run over yourself in the future”
Brodric, let’s not play games as your first return post. On August 25, Paul sent you an email asking “you to take a few weeks off of the forums . . after a few weeks break then we welcome you return.”
The system also sent you a message on August 25 “your account has been temporarily placed on hold, Please do continue to browse, but you won’t be able to reply or create topics” and on September 8 “You can now create new replies and topics again.”
That is, the same email that asked you to give it a rest also informed you you would be free to return.
We are not going to further discuss this publicly. If you have a problem, send me a PM.
For this he went to med skule?
No - that was me. He said to start using it, carefully. I just filled in the blanks. He did send me over to get an ultrasound, and there are some small clots in the knee, which is not unexpected under the circs. But not so bad as to warrant anticoagulants at this point. So use it, take aspirin, ice, elevation, etc.
I fortunately have a freakish IVC that branches into several smaller veins, helping prevent clots from going to my head and heart. At least it did before, when I had DVT from a plane flight.
Excellent news!
A branching IVC is a nice mod. I should have checked that on the options sheet.
No kidding! Never forget when they showed me that - along with the big pool of clots circulating around at the junction.
You must have good bone density
Speaking of bone density, and this will surprise no one, I have no upper sinuses - making me literally a bonehead.
I asked an ENT if there was any practical impact of this quirk. He responded I cannot get ice cream headaches. Upon further reflection he added: You will not float as well.
